Terms of Service

1. The service
Mena Voice provides an Arabic-first AI voice studio: text-to-speech voice overs, speech-to-text transcription, and a developer API. By creating an account or using menavoice.ai you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the content you generate or upload.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to: impersonate people without disclosure that the audio is AI-generated; generate spam, fraud, or illegal content; upload content you have no right to use; attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform; or resell the service without written permission.
4. Plans, billing & refunds
Paid plans renew monthly and quotas reset each billing cycle. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Where offered, free-trial plans convert to paid at the end of the trial unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Unused quota does not roll over and is non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload and the audio and transcripts you generate. You grant us the limited licence needed to process that content through our infrastructure and AI providers (Google Gemini) in order to run the service.
6. Availability & changes
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may modify features with reasonable notice for material changes. AI outputs can be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing outputs used in your business.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
