1. Who we are
Mena Voice ("we", "us") provides an Arabic-first AI voice studio — text-to-speech voice overs and speech-to-text transcription — available at menavoice.ai and app.menavoice.ai. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email address, and password (stored hashed), or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google. Lead data: information you submit through our contact forms (name, company, email, phone). Usage data: TTS characters, speech-to-text minutes, and API calls, used for quota enforcement and billing. Content data: the text you convert to speech and the audio you upload for transcription. Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
3. How we use your data
To provide and operate the service; to process voice and text through AI models (Google Gemini) that power voice generation and transcription; to process payments through our payment provider (Dodo Payments — we never store card numbers); to enforce plan quotas; to respond to your requests; and to send transactional emails such as password resets. We do not sell your personal data.
4. AI processing
Text you convert to speech and audio you upload for transcription are processed by Google's Gemini API to generate speech and transcripts. Content is transmitted to Google for processing under their API terms. Do not upload content you are not permitted to share.
5. Data retention & deletion
Account and content data are retained while your account is active. You may delete your generated audio and transcripts at any time from the dashboard. To delete your account and associated data entirely, contact us at the address below.
6. Cookies & local storage
We use browser local storage to keep you signed in (authentication token) and may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate site traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
